15min · 3 servings Here’s how I made this veggie sandwich • I toasted some Ciabatta bread . • Drizzle some oil on them and put them in the oven . • In the mean time cut up some red onions , cucumber and heirloom tomato. • Place @havenskitchen Red Pepper Romesco sauce on the toasted bread • Add your lettuce , cucumber, and tomato. • I drizzle some avocado oil to the tomato with some salt and pepper. • I went ahead and added some kosher dill slices ,avocado and alfalfa sprouts . • Make sure to add @havenskitchen Red Pepper Romesco to the other bread before closing . This sandwich was so good

⬇️RECIPE⬇️ Burrata is always a good idea for sandwiches or toasts!

Ingredients:
• Baguette
• Extra virgin Olive oil
• Garlic
• Burrata
• Avocado
• Splash of freshly squeezed lemon
• Chilli oil (from trader Joe's)
• Salt (I used flaky salt)
• Pepper
• Basil

Cut the baguette in half, ad extra virgin olive oil and toast in the air fryer at 360° for 5-6 minutes (until it gets golden color on the top).
• Rub the garlic on the both sides while the bread is still hot.

Mash avocado with a little bit of lemon juice and it on one side. Add burrata on the other.
• Salt and pepper on both sides.
• Tomatoes on top of avocado, chili oil and basil on burrata.

Eat it like toast or put it together as a sandwich.

NOTE: this could be make gluten free if desired by using gluten free cert
