Ingredients 
 • 1 carrot thinly chopped
 • 2) 1/2 cup spring onion 
 • 3) 1 medium sized onion thinly sliced
 • 4) 1/1 capsicum thinly sliced
 • 5) 1/2 cup paneer crumbled 
 • 6) 2 tbsp Besan/gram flour
 • 7) 1 tbsp All purpose flour/ Maida
 • 8) 1 Tsp cornflour
 • 9) salt Acc to taste
 • 10) 1 tsp Red chilli powder 
 • 11) 1/4 cup water ( add in intervals) Adjust the consistency according to your batter.
 • 12) 1 tbsp green chillies 
 • 13) handful of corriander 

14) Oil for shallow frying 

Instructions:

1) Mix all the ingredients together. make a thick batter. cook on both the sides until crispy. And enjoyyy!

 • Recipe:
 • 2 cups Chana dal
 • 1/4 cup Urad dal
 • 2 onions finely chopped
 • 2 sprigs curry leaves finely sliced
 • 2 green chilies finely sliced
 • 2 inch ginger finely chopped
 • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
 • Oil for deep frying

- Wash and soak chana dal and Urad dal for 3-4 hours. Drain excess water and coarse grind without adding any water.
 • - Transfer to a bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables and salt. Mix well.
 • - Grease your hand with some oil and make small balls.
 • - Flatten them a little using your fingers and drop them into medium hot oil.
 • - Fry over low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
 • - Serve hot with Tea ☕️

Ingredients:
 • 1 cup All Purpose Flour 
 • 2 tbsp White Oil + a little more
 • Salt as per your taste
 • 1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds 
 • 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds 
 • 1/4 cup or less Water 
 • Sufficient White Oil for deep frying 

Method:
 • In a bowl mix AP Flour, 2 tbsp White Oil, Nigella Seeds, Carom Seeds and Salt
 • Mix it till it looks like bread crumbs
 • Add Water little by little 
 • Knead it well till it becomes a firm dough, rest it for an hour
 • Take the dough out, roll it into a log
 • Divide the dough in four equal sections
 • Grease the Belon Chaki with oil
 • Roll out each section as thinly as possible 
 • Cut it into small-medium diamond shape pieces
 • Heat White Oil for deep frying
 • Fry in small Batches at very low-medium heat

Ingredients:
 • 1 tsp Oil + more Oil for roasting
 • 1 cup Vermicelli
 • 1 cup Semolina (Suji/Rava)
 • 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / alternatively water can be used)
 • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
 • 2 tsp roasted Skinless Lentils (Urad Dal - optional)
 • Salt as per taste
 • Some finely chopped veggies (Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Coriander, Green Chillies & Ginger)
 • Roasted Peanuts
 • 1 tsp Fruit Salt (Eno)

Method : 
 • Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan
 • Add 1 cup Vermicelli and roast until it's light golden-brown
 • Transfer it in a bowl (remove approx 2 tbs roasted vermicelli aside)
 • Further take a mixing bowl
 • Add 1 cup Suji
 • Add roasted Vermicelli
 • Add 1/2 cup Dahi
 • Add 2 tsp Jeera
 • Add 2 tsp roasted Urad Dal
 • Add Salt as per taste and mix it well
 • Leave the mixture for 15-20 min
