25min · 8 servings     Ingredients  • 1 package puff pastry   • 2 bars of high quality chocolate (I used Lindt)  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds   • 1 egg  Directions   • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Flour a clean surface and Roll out the puff Pastry sheets until slightly thinned.   • Cut the puff pastry in half and then into 4 equal sections (you will have 8 rectangles on each sheet)   • Break chocolate bars into sections of 3 squares each and place on each piece of puff pastry. Add almond slices on top.   • Fold Each piece of puff pastry and brush with the egg wash making sure that the seams are closed (so the chocolate doesn’t come out)  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are browned and Chocolate is melted.
