 • 1.1 lb (~500g) salmon skinless, cut into medium size pieces
 • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
 • ¼ teaspoon salt
 • For the Coconut Curry Sauce
 • 3 tablespoon oil divided
 • ¼ teaspoon black mustard seeds
 • 2 green cardamom

 • 1 Cup coconut milk
 • 1 large onion
 • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 • 1 red chilli
 • 1 tsp red chilli powder
 • 1 tsp Badshah Fish Masala
 • Bokchoi leaves
 • Dill leaves
 • Spring onions
 • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Method 
 • Heat oil in a pan.
 • Add onions, red chillies and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry.
 • Next add chilli powder, fish masala and coconut milk. Add dill leaves, fish, bokchoi leaves. Cover and cook. Serve with steamed rice.

 • 2 tbsp. coconut oil or olive oil • 1/4 up red curry paste • 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper L 1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk • 1 tsp. fish sauce •

1) heat coconut oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat for 30-60 seconds. add red bell pepper and saute 2-3 minutes, or until soft. add red curry paste and a pinch of salt (optional); stir continuously for approximately 1 minute, or until fragrant. 2) bring to a boil and add salmon filets, skin side up. cook 8-10 minutes, spooning sauce over the fish periodically. once fish is cooked to your preference, remove from pan and set aside.3) return sauce to medium heat and reduce for 2 to 3 minutes, whisking or stirring frequently. remove from heat, stir in fish sauce,
