Makes the cookie not so greasy and not so flat. I like to rub butter on the stone before adding the cookie dough. • Spread out cookie dough on a round pizza stone. (Mine is from the Pampered Chef) • BE SURE TO KEEP THE DOUGH NO LESS THAN 2 INCHES AWAY FROM THE EDGE OF THE STONE. The cookie will spill over while baking and make a big mess in your oven if you don’t. So keep it away from the edge at least 2 to 3 inches. Give it space to spread out while baking. • Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
