Want to start strengthening your core & hip flexors?  Try this circuit 👇  1️⃣ Dead bug with adductor press (x 15 slow reps)  Keep your lower back pressed into the floor throughout.  Press your hand and knee into a yoga block to engage your inner thighs.  2️⃣ Dead bug with adductor press, other side (x 15 slow reps)  3️⃣ Beast hold (x 20-30 sec)  Pull ribcage down to hipd and keep core emgaged throughout.  Yoga block on back gives feedback to ensure hips remain level and no rounding of the back.  4️⃣ Seated straight leg hip flexor hovers, leaning back (x 10 hovers/leg)  Repeat the circuit 3-4 times.
