If you’re trying to fill out your hip dips, it’s all about training smarter, not just harder. This move forces your glutes to engage instead of letting your thighs take over. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hinge at your hips, and lower down while holding onto a chair for balance. Extend your leg back, rotate your pelvis, and focus on lifting with control. If you're not feeling the burn yet, hold off on adding weights—form comes first! Do 25 reps per side, five sets total.
