Ingredients:
 • 2 cups all-purpose flour
 • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
 • 2 teaspoons baking powder
 • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
 • 2 large eggs
 • 1 ½ cups milk
 • ⅔ cup unsalted butter, melted
 • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
 • Preheat waffle griddle.
 • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. This can also be stored and made ahead for later.

In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
 • Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until combined. Let sit for several minutes while the iron heats up.
