Ginger broth

Why buy pre-made generic broths for your winter soups when you can make healthy and rich of nutrients broth at home? Homemade broths stay fresh in the fridge for up to 10 days if you pour them into a mason jar while very hot and lock them to create a vacuum effect inside the jar. 

You will need 
 • Fresh ginger 
 • 2 garlic heads while 
 • 1 onion peeled
 • 3-4 carrots 
 • 2 Persian dry lemons (optional)
 • 1 tsp turmeric
 • 8-10 peppercorn
 • 4 l water

Simmer all together for 2 hours on very low heat. 

Use in your soups or any cooking
