Breakfast Tacos 🌮 

This is one of my favourite weekend breakfasts - you only need one pan and a handful of ingredients! 

1. Add a handful of grated cheese to a lightly oiled non-stick pan. 
 • 2. Once the cheese has melted add a beaten egg.
 • 3. When the egg has almost set, top with a tortilla and flip.
 • 4. Add your favourite fillings - mine are avocado, tomato, jalapeño, fresh coriander, lime juice, salt & pepper - enjoy!

You only need a few simply ingredients and to make these breakfast tacos. Simply fry your egg in some cheese, slather a taco with some delicious healthy spread and sprinkle some herbs on top. This breakfast taco tastes like fast food while still making you feel good.

A delicious high protein breakfast to fuel your day 👏🏻 SAVE the recipe below 👇🏻  1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 egg white 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/2 avocado, sliced Chili oil and chives for topping  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Beat together the cottage cheese, egg white, red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet to make two tacos.  Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.  While the cottage cheese tacos cook, prepare your eggs sunny side up, slice the avocado, and chives.  Allow the tacos to cool before assembling. Add the sliced avocado, egg, chili oil, and chives. What You'll Need:
 • 2 eggs
 • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
 • salt & pepper
 • ½ cup shredded cheese
 • 2 Tbsp bacon crumbles
 • ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎
 • Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, S&P. Heat silver dollar pancake pan on medium then add 1 Tbsp shredded cheese to each pocket. Once cheese is melted, divide eggs evenly over tops of cheese shells. Sprinkle on bacon. Once the egg is almost set, use spatula to fold into taco shape. Let cool 3 minutes

Pan used is called a "silver dollar pancake pan"

 • 1 avocado, diced
 • 1/2 small onion, diced
 • 1 roma tomato, diced
 • 1 tsp lime juice
 • 1 clove garlic, minced
 • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
