15min · 1 serving     250g linguine or pasta of choice  2 tbsp olive oil  5 cloves garlic, chopped  2 tbsp gochujang  1 tbsp tomato paste  1/3 cup dairy-free cream  1/2 cup reserved pasta water  1 tbsp vegan butter  Salt, to taste  Freshly cracked black pepper  Parlsey, to garnish  Method  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook your pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.  2. In the meantime, heat olive oil over medium heat and fry garlic until softened and fragrant.  3. Add in the gochujang and tomato paste and fry for 1 minute. Pour in the cream and stir to combine.  4. Add in the cooked pasta along with the pasta water and cook until thickened and glossy. Season with salt to taste.  5. Transfer to a plate and finish off with black pepper and f

NGREDIENTS :-

2 CUPS pasta

salt

water for boiling

1 packet mushroom 

3 cloves garlic

3 to 4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp flour

1 cup milk

1/2 cup processed chees ( as much your heart desire) 

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp black pepper

2 to 3 tbsp hot sauce

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste

1 tsp gochujang paste

fresh green onion or coriander

METHOD :-

- bring the water to a boil add salt and pasta let it cook , save some pasta water for later and drain the rest of water.

- take a pan add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp oil , add mushroom, cook on high flame after that add 1 /2  tsp light soy
