 • We eat feta almost every day on salads, and we’ve tried it a few times baked before. But after seeing this recipe all over my feed, we had to give it a try ourselves. And it’s amazing!

 • You can make it with zucchini pasta or palmini as well to make it even healthier, but I love pasta and was craving it today (as you see we didn’t use a lot of pasta though - all about portion control). Served ours with lots of chicken sausage for protein!

 • - Fresh feta
 • - Sweet tomatoes (cherry or heirloom would be perfect)
 • - fresh garlic
 • - Good olive oil, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes
 • - Pasta + salt

FETA PASTA: MUST-TRY RECIPE

Ingredients:
 • A box of whole grain or protein pasta
 • 2 tbsp olive oil
 • 1 large tomato, chopped
 • 1/3 cup veggie stock
 • 3 tbsp tomato paste
 • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 • 2 tsp garlic powder
 • 1 tsp oregano
 • Salt and pepper to taste
 • 2 cups spinach

1/4 cup feta

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
 • 2. Drain and rinse pasta and add it back to pot
 • 3. To the pasta add all ingredients except spinach and feta and mix together.
 • 4. Add pasta to the stove over medium low heat and mix in spinach. Heat until spinach is wilted.
 • 5. Add desired amount to a bowl and sprinkle with feta!

Ingredients:
 • 1 package chicken sausage (I use one from Trader Joe's)
 • 1 24oz bottle of your favorite sauce (I use @raoshomemade
 • tomato basil)
 • 4 cups of spinach
 • 4 servings of cooked pasta (I used @barillaus protein pasta
 • Optional: cheese for topping it off

I added pasta water to the sauce, not necessary but it will add some flavor and help the sauce stick to the pasta
