Ingredients :
 • 1/4 cup chopped onion, tomatoes 
 • 1 tsp cumin seeds 
 • 1 tbsp butter and vegetable oil
 • 1 chopped green chili
 • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
 • spice mix : tsp each of red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, white pepper powder, garam masala
 • 1/4 cup cheese 
 • freshly chopped coriander 
 • 1 tbsp ketchup and schezwan sauce for an extra kick 
 • salt to taste 

Directions :

1. Boil some pasta and keep aside. I used @eatbanza ‘a chickpeas pasta rich in protein and uber delicious 
 • 2. Heat a skillet with oil and butter and temper with cumin seeds
 • 3. Add the ginger garlic paste and when it becomes fragrant, add in the chopped onions. Cook until they become translucent and add the tomatoes and cook till mushy.
