Veggie dumplings and soya dip♥️
 • (Tip - always let the stuffing cool properly, before making dumplings)
 • Ingredients -
 • Oil - 1.5tbsp
 • Chopped Garlic cloves - 3-4
 • Green onion - 2
 • Cabbage - 1cup
 • Carrot - 1
 • Capsicum - 1
 • (Just grind all the veggies in mixer and you can also add mushrooms if you like it)
 • Black pepper powder - 2tsp
 • Salt to taste 
 • Vinegar - 2tsp
 • Soya sauce - 1tbsp
 • For dumplings sheets
 • Maida/all purpose flour - 1cup
 • Salt to taste 
 • Oil - 1tbsp
 • Little water
 • Make a tight doughy, keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Use some flour and roll out small sheets.
 • Oil for cooking dumplings - 1-2tbsp
 • Add little water when dumplings are nice and golden. ( around 1/2cup)
 • Ingredients for dip -
 • Grated/chopped Gar

 • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
 • - toast till golden and set aside
 • 2 tbsp oil
 • 1 tsp cumin seeds
 • 1 tsp peppercorns
 • 7 dried red chilli
 • 1 inch ginger
 • 7 cloves garlic
 • 1 red onion
 • - sauté till fragrant and golden
 • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
 • 1 tbsp chilli powder
 • 2 tomatoes salt

- cover and cook for 7-10 min till all the raw smell is gone and it looks saucy

blend with:
 • handful of coriander juice of 1/2 lemon
 • 1 1/2 cup water
 • Layer: 
 • jhol achar - momo - momo sauce a chilli oil - green onions - sesame seeds
