Oil for frying 3 tbsp all purpose flour 2 tbsp corn flour Salt to taste 2 tbsp vinegar For seasoning: Salt to taste 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp paprika powder Method : Wash the potatoes and cut them with the potato crinkle cutter. In a pot boil water, add salt and vinegar. Add the potatoes. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry. In a bowl mix all purpose flour and corn flour. Coat the potatoes with the flour mixture. In a bowl make seasoning by mixing all the seasoning ingredients listed above. Fry the potatoes in oil. Add waffle fries in batches and cook 3-4 min on medium high heat until light golden and crispy. Drain on cooling rack, and sprinkle with seasoning
