 • Complete each exercise in circuit fashion without dropping the weights
 • Complete 2 rounds of 5-5-5-5 without dropping the weights
 • Once 2 rounds are completed, complete 2 air squats. That’s one ☝🏾 cycle 
 • Rest for 60-90 seconds and repeat for 5 total cycles
