Depending on your fitness level, you can always scale it to your liking!

The goal here is to truly adjust the reps to something that’s feasible, and realistically DOABLE for you!

Set an interval timer for 10 minutes and at the top of every minute complete:
 • 20 jumping jacks 
 • 10 speed drop squats 
 • 5 plyo push ups
 • Complete all movements within the minute, while resting the remainder of the time left in the minute 
 • At the top of the next minute, repeat this sequence until the 10 min timer is complete!
