Try this RDL variation to build your glutes, the rotational B-stance RDL's!

To get into a B-stance:
 • Pick a dominant leg
 • Take the opposing leg and take a heel-toe stance
 • Take 1/2 step back

To actually do the RDL:
 • as you're pushing your hips back, rotate away from the hip that you are wanting to train

Try this RDL variation next time to lengthen your glute fibers and really focus in on the right areas!
