Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rounds Made by @foodiefromvt  Follow @foodiefromvt for more simple and delicious recipes   Here’s what you need:  1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 egg Sea salt Optional: black pepper, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning  Preheat oven to 400F.  Whisk the cottage and egg until combined. Spoon into 3-4 circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 18-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned but soft to the touch. (The bottoms as shown in the video will be more browned than the top) Let cool for 5 minutes then remove and top with toppings.

You’ll need:  
1 cup cottage cheese 
2 eggs 
seasoning of choice (I used 1/2 tsp Italian) 
1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs and seasoning until smooth.  
2. Transfer to a quarter sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 
3. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. 
4. Let cool completely, make a wrap or sandwich (I’m using avocado, spring mix, tomato, chicken and balsamic vinegar).

Delish, Easy to make, High Protein Wrap - this was AMAZING so SAVE and SHARE  For custom meal plans and macros + train with me 👉 Iink in BIO  I’m making this wrap on repeat. Such a good source of protein and nutrition.  For the Wrap, blend: - 250 grams cottage cheese - 2 eggs - 20 grams Parmesan - Italian seasoning or Oregano Pour in parchment lined pan. Bake for 20 mins at 350°F or till golden brown.  Allow to cool off, then add your favorite wrap ingredients. I added mozzarella, prosciutto, and micro greens / arugula.  Credit Senada Greca, MBA

RECIPE - Makes 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread FLATBREAD INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup @good_culture low fat cottage cheese 1 egg 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp garlic powder FILLING INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped 2 oz Tyson Black Pepper & Herb chicken strips, cooked 2 slices of bacon, cooked & chopped 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Kristy’s homemade ranch dressing DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Blend the flatbread ingredients until smooth. 3. Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. 5. While it’s baking, mix together the filling ingredients. 6. Add the filling to half of the flatbread and then roll it up tightly & cut in half. Enjoy!! 😍
