Soak 100g raw rice in water over night. Drain the water in the morning, cut scallion into small pieces. 2. Add the soaked rice, cooked rice and water to a mixer, mix it with high speed for 2 minutes until it's smooth, pour it into a bowl, add 1 tsp dried yeast, cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 mins 3. Add salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp oil and scallion to the rice paste, mix everything well 4.
