Chocolate Peanut Butter Ooey Gooey Cake 🍫🥜
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups boiling water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
