Falafel are a popular dish from the Middle East, they come in many shapes and sizes and are actually made with chickpeas.
I used lentils to make a quicker version and it worked perfectly! 🥰

• RECIPE (90min prep time, 4-5 servings):
• -1 cup (200g) lentils
• Soak in water for 1 hour, then rinse
• -a bunch parsley
• -2 cloves garlic
• -1 onion
• Blend until chunky. Then add the lentils.
• -1 Tsp each cumin, ground coriander and salt
• Blend 3-5mins.
• -4 Tbsp chickpea four
• Stir it in.
• Shape into falafel and fry in oil or bake at 200C/400F for 20mins.
