Ingredients:
• 8 tablespoons coconut oil, unrefined
• 4 tablespoons peanut butter, unsweetened
• 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
• 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 1 packet sugar-free sweetener like Lakanto’s
Method:
• In a medium measuring cup, add coconut oil, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave 30 seconds. Mix well.
• Add cocoa powder and sweetener. Mix well.
• Pour into 24 mini-muffin silicone mold.
