Ingredients:
• 3 cups frozen cauliflower rice
• 1 cup white rice
• 1 1/2 cups water
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Olive oil (optional)
Directions:
• add 1 tbsp olive oil, rice, and cauliflower rice to a pot. Fry for ~1-2 minutes.
• Add water and bring to a boil. After the water boils, reduce heat to low and cover for ~20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
• Serve and enjoy!
