12 eggs hard boiled finely chopped
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo I use primal kitchen foods
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp chives chopped
salt & pepper to taste
fresh dill to top
In a large bowl, mix together hard boiled eggs, mayo, dijon, salt, pepper and chives until combined. Serve on a warm slice of sourdough, in lettuce wraps, or with almond flour crackers.
