Easy Mango Pudding 🥭

Enjoy your easy mango pudding! 🥭 Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes 1 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste) 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons gelatin powder Whipped cream or mango slices for garnish (optional) Instructions: Peel and dice the mangoes. Reserve a few small pieces for garnish if desired. In a blender or food processor, puree the mangoes until smooth. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder and water. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir
