2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
1 cup salsa
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
6 small tortillas, cut into strips

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, black beans, corn, salsa, and spices. Stir well.
Layer the Casserole: Place half of the tortilla strips in the baking dish, followed by half the chicken mixture, then one cup of cheese. Repeat layers.
