Ingredients:
3/4c panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter
8oz cream cheese
1c greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1.5c chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1.5 tbsp pickle juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
In a low bowl, mix your SOFTENED cream cheese (really make sure this is soft, like take it out of the fridge in the AM and make the dip in the afternoon), and greek yogurt - mix together well (there will probs be little clumps but thatโs okay!). Add in garlic powder, onion powder, chopped dillies, fresh dill, salt and pepper, mix well to combine. Spread it out evenly in the bowl and refrigerate to solidify / thicken.
