Quick + Healthy Caesar Salad! Today is recipe 12 of 100. When I did the salad poll yesterday, healthy caesar salad was the second most voted for! So here we go :)
Kale Salad:
• 1 bunch of kale, finely chopped
• 4 cups of brussel sprouts, finely chopped
Top with shredded parmesan + pepper
Crispy chickpeas:
• 1 can of chickpeas
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tbsp oil
- put in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400
Healthy Caesar Dressing:
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 lemons, juiced
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/3 cup parmesan
• Salt + Pepper
