Garlic Parmesan Tofu Nuggets
INSTRUCTIONS
• Slice firm tofu
• Coat with flour
• In a bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper, then add to flour.
• Add cornflour and baking soda
• Dip the tofu in the milk, flour and panko, then fry until golden brown.
• Mix oil, garlic, lemon, salt and oregano in a bowl.
• Pour over nuggets, add parmesan and basil
