Recipe:
• RECIPE (3 servings, 40min prep time):
• -600g potatoes
• Cook in boiling water for 5-7mins.
• Then cut in half.
• Parmesan mixture:
• -4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• -2 Tbsp corn starch
• -7 Tbsp oil
• -5 Tbsp vinegar
• -salt and pepper to taste
• -optionally: thyme, paprika and garlic powder
• Mix it and spread it in a lightly oiled baking dish.
• Place the potatoes upside down in the dish.
• Bake at 230C/445F for 20-30mins until crispy. (I also added some vegan cashew Parmesan on top).
