Bridge piercings are one of the most turned down piercings. You have to have enough tissue to hold the barbell without the tissue being manipulated a certain type of way. Bridge piercings are also done with a straight barbell. Curved barbells are not acceptable and can cause more scarring and a "cheese cuttet" effect. This is a great alternative to a bridge.
