George Coohull: Mr. Popular at School

George Coohull was smart, athletic, handsome, a member and leader of the student council. George also treated me like sh*t. And for that he’s an asshole. He spit on me and then laughed at me; i did nothing to provoke … Continue reading

Journalist Smriti Sinha’s “When Is It Okay to Say Retard”? Check This Chart” not only reminded me of the times when i was bullied,

but it also reminded me to work on a blog post entitled “George Coohull: Mr. Popular at School”. I plan on posting “George Coohull: Mr. Popular at School” (which features and is based on real actual incidents that happened to … Continue reading

Disney’s Feast followed by Big Hero 6 parallels Thanksgiving followed by Christmas;

beast eating followed by toys, Frosty Santa-ish figure, those wished/missed… This one-two punchy film sequence is a sweet surprise combo/element; their mirroring the holidays make them more gonzoly relevant.

Dreams of Donuts #1-10 Anthology is the tastiest 10-pack of comic zines i’ve ever perused;

it entertains and informs and takes risks in all its ten issues. Heather Wreckage writes and draws this zine compilation; it’s about her punk adventures, reflections/ observations (and during her journeys/west coast and Milwaukee trips), the highs, lows, in-betweens of … Continue reading

Creatures of suspense: their tales are told in circus tents,

they are full of surprises (or periodic elements?) they do remixy encores for ladies and gents, they can get really high with the help of the hemps, they like what they do, they don’t care about cents, and they smell … Continue reading

Somehow my thoughts, ideas, and creatures refuse to be gone with ease;

together they are: When Deadlines Become Zombies… They’re eating at my BRAIN. They: i cannot CONTAIN. They can make the uncertain sound uncerTAIN! Some are effects of encountering the inane…

Where i put my keys and phone: i FORGET…

Then i find them in the door knob and in my POCKET. Unexpected changes can put perspective on what’s CENTER; the new and now can challenge (/highlight?) that need to REMEMBER…

A ninja WITH A FIN was spotted IN A GYM, emerging from the pool after going ON A SWIM,

strengthening that skill to hold his or her own BREATH, training/prepping for all scenarios (not only DEATH, like if this ninja wants to be the stealthiest CHEF, or if this ninja wants to be the lead in MACBETH, or if … Continue reading

This jellyfish skeleton is made out of melody. How’s this possible? That’s what it’s telling me…

It’s got strings, clefs, microphones, weird key signatures, a swaying flowing bell to entertain the visitors… But could it not hurt them since it can sting? That question has a point (that’s interesting)…
