A celebrity used to look naturally attractive; now that person looks distorted and plastic.

Social pressure and surgery can be a price of fame. They can lead to or reveal insecurities or shame. Cosmetic vs authentic? Often overrated is the artificial. There’s beauty and meaning in what’s true and original.

“Try to forge THAT!” said the signer of the document.

She signs wild while exact: more reason why she’s confident.

The lyrics of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” sometimes make me think that Santa Claus is really Keyser Soze

… And the possible connection between Santa Claus and The Usual Suspects‘ villain Keyser Soze also makes me realize that Santa is an anagram of Satan.

On the phone, she sounded like she lost weight since the way that she was talking was faster and more acrobatic-like than usual

In a mall, I notice how a considerable amount of its visitors are groups of five or six (many times similarly dressed) friends. And the number of members in these groups is roughly around the same number as main entrances that the mall has.

This similarity or coincidence interests me, particularly the part of me that likes journey-as-a-group/team-of-adventurers -themed stories, mythologies, and movies  such as Lord of the Rings, X-Men, Star Wars,  Star Trek, Fanboys, Avengers, Voltron, Captain Planet, Mighty Ducks, and more. That phrase “make money” should be changed to something less misleading since a lot of money already exists,

and since (in a way) money is not really being created since it’s been around for a long time. “Earn money” sounds more preferable, more honest than “make money”.

Also regarding WordPress, i just noticed how the shape of the “Log In” button (as well as the “Edit” button) are in the shape of a pill.

Fascinating. Blogging as a form of medicine, drug, escape, and/or therapy.

She told him (even repeated to him) the truth. This did not please him, so he would not leave her home. She really wanted him to leave her alone though.

So in order to make him leave, she told him exactly what he wanted to hear (which was the exact opposite of what she had said earlier and what she had said earlier was no). Pleased by what he wanted to hear, … Continue reading
