Scott, Tonya, and the 4 greatest kids!

I was reading my friend Angela's blog and she just had her first baby---yeah!! What fun! Anyway, she inspired this post. She was saying how very "lucky" she is to have such a perfect little baby, wonderful husband, great family.....Well, I have to say Ang--it's not luck. It's part of a wonderful and divine plan, laid out by a loving Heavenly Father. Have you ever wondered how anyone could experience having a newborn baby placed in their arms and wonder if there is a God? Every child born into this world is absolutely a miracle! When I was in college I had an awesome physiology teacher who would get so excited about the amazing human body and would often explain it as celestial architecture!! I always tell people that if they don't believe in miracles to please come and chat with me and I will share with them three miraculous stories! I am soooooo grateful for my three little miracles, and I can't imagine a husband more loving and patient than Scott. Most importantly, I'm so thankful for the blessings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which teaches us the purpose of life and that these people that I love so very much can be with me for eternity.... eternity---what a Blessing!!! So to my sweet friend Angela, I say you are not lucky, but you and I are very, very blessed to have been given the sacred title of mommy!! What an awesome and sometimes daunting responsibility and trust has been placed upon us when these perfect babies were put into our care from God's arms.
