For those who haven't seem to have a glimpse of my life as a medical student. LOL

Ever wonder how just a tiny little defect can change the entire scenario? I don't, until I see it with my own eyes.

For example: 

A harmless tube-ride at the opposite park ended up being a freak incident and the victim suffers from concussion, and an injured knee. You end up being hospitalized for over a week and missing those important classes at the last years of your education, surviving those torturous nights on the creaky hospital bed. Imagine the victim being your acquaintance.

A seemingly innocent, gorgeous noon strolling at the park at the peak your vacation and you suddenly got attacked by a thieving motorcyclist. You belongings taken brutally from you, including your personal identifications. You ended up with a losing your cash, going through the hassle of reporting at the police station, applying for a one-way visa, buying the next available flight ticket back and ended up with a large hole in your pocket. Worst of all, you miss almost a month of your classes because of the complicated procedures needed to be done to get your passport and visa done at your home country.

Imagine the person being you. It's hard ain't it. I guess we just need to take good care of ourselves and a sense of hope that we don't end up with the same fate.

p/s: I don't mean to hurt the ones who were mentioned here, just wanted to show you my view about these unpredictable misfortunes. It scares me. It scares me a lot.

It was on Wednesday, the end of our Pediatric Infectious Disease Cycle. We got our credits and we were happy and excited to get back home. The girls pledged to at least wear makeup to class because we don't do that on a daily basis, me especially. Too lazy and I was having massive breakouts as I haven't been sleeping much the past few weeks. Anyways, we took some pictures on the way back. The trees looked pretty in Spring.

A friend of mine who's the organizer of this event 'White Christmas Charity Ball' has been inviting me to attend it for some time now. It's happening this Sunday, 21 December 4-7pm! 

A few of my close friends in m1 are going! I don't know why but I feel effin' excited!!!

Another brutal attack yet again from Mr/Ms Anonymous. What have I possibly have done to make you despise me that much? So just leave my life alone, if you're jealous because you're not being cordially invited to be photographed, then just buckle up, have a huge makeover and beg someone to take shots of you ok? I bet your pictures will be just as good to be published in the 'site' that you recommended.

Here I am procrastinating when I should be studying for my final class for Therapy Cycle tomorrow. Teacher will ask us questions on all of the topics that we have studied so far for the past 2 weeks. The most feared teacher of all is going to put us in hell again tomorrow. But still, what am I doing? Still got mood to write blog and post pics some more. Been wasting the whole day watching HK drama Forensic Heroes 2! Done with Kinship drama yesterday evening already!

So far nothing is going into my head! HELP! I feel panicky, but still reluctant to study. Cause it's all in RUSSIAN! Damn it!!! :( sob. Save me save me save me.


Taken during the OPX (operative surgery) cycle 2 weeks back. This is what we do on a daily basis during the cycle. Include: Gossiping, sleeping, doing nothing.

Reason?

Teacher don't teach for nuts. Expect us to absorb everything that he taught during lectures so he won't teach us anything during class and will suddenly attack us with 3 tests at once on a random day. Hence the otrabotkas we owe him :( :(

Super duper UNLUCKY!!!

Call me superstitious but I really do think someone JINX-ED our group!!!

1st cycle of the year: OPX already killed everyone of us. The one with the least otrabotka need to replace 4 classes with others with average 5-6 classes to clear!!! WTH!! Roarrr..Rumored and feared to be the most strict and hardest teacher to pass. We are 'suey' enough to get him as our OPX teacher for 2 weeks. Needless to say we have to go back to uni for otrabotka when therapy cycle is over.

We all thought, 'Oh, maybe will have change of weather since it's a new cycle!'. 2 days passed smoothly without any problems although we seemed to be 'teacherless'. Kept changing teachers the 1st 2 days. Today: SUPER DUPER SUEY SUEY SUEY*bad*!!!!

Again, the MOST FEARED teacher of the history of Therapy teachers, KAZOKOVA TATIANA. Initially our teacher wasn't her. We were at eased cause we thought we escaped the 'death' penalty. 

And you know what friggin' happened today? 

KAZOKOVA came over and lead us to her room and told us she'll be our teacher from today till the end of cycle! We sat there feeling chilled. She totally just bashed us like crap. We can't really answer the questions that she gave although I would say we all deserve 3/5 out of it, she complained and said we're all not ready and gave us 2 *fail* for ALL OF US! So we need to do otrabotka for Rheumatic fever class!!!! I was sooooo depressed, my face was solemn the whole day although I was a bit 'delighted' when I saw NINE WEST shop in the shopping mall while Kim and I were having our lunch there. Aih, need to prepare and study Hypertension Dis. + finish drafting the patient's history by tomorrow + prepare for Rheu.fever for replacement class for TOMORROW...
