* Kacey was sitting in her owners box watching tv when Taline got her so Taline joined her. They got about 5 minutes of tv and then I turned it off.
* The girls pretty much immediately went into Kacey's room and shut the door. No David allowed. Thankfully he is not old enough to be too offended.
* They turned the light off and it has yet to be turned back on.
* Kacey put Taline to bed and read her a princess book. She was very bossy about. "Teene, you go sleep and I will read you princess book, ok? I will read it now."
* They keep telling each other "I am mommy and you are daddy." "No, I am mommy and you are daddy!!"
* I heard a cry and then Kacey saying "OW! You hit me and I don't know what to do!!!" She then walked out of the room and shut the door. (I did intervene and we all talked about no hitting etc and the fun times have resumed.)
* 1 hour in and time out #1 has occurred.
* It is amazing how fast they forgive each other. If only the rest of the world could forgive like 3 year olds.
* They played in Kacey's room until lunch time, wow! After they ate lunch they went back in the room and kept playing until I made them come out so David could nap in there.
Lunch time!!
* A man came to fix our washer and I let the girls watch but only if they stood on a rug to stay out of his way. They were both so serious about staying on that rug and watched as if they would be tested on it!!!
* It is a weird quiet right now. David is sleeping (went down soooooo easy!!!!) and the girls are eating a snack and watching Mickey Mouse.
* Almost 3pm and time out #2 for hitting. Not bad!
* WOW, can't believe how much I am getting done today!!!
* 5:20 and time out #3. I would have expected more so I am pretty pleased!
* My mom was here for dinner and then gave David a bath. The girls started making another big mess after I had straightened a bit up so i suggested they take a bath too and off they went. I was even able to wash both of their hair and the rest of them. WOW! When they got out and we put on jammies, Garo came to get Taline. Both girls wanted Taline to stay the night.... wonder how that would have gone? We'll have to try it out someday!!
* I took David into their room to nurse him and put him to bed. I heard all sorts of commotion and Kacey yelling at Nana. "No story!!! Don't read!!! Don't clean up!!! I want mommy!!!!" Etc, etc. After about 15 minutes I heard her do her weird crying moan that she does when she is half asleep somethimes. "Moooommmmmy..... mommmyyyyyy." It went on for a couple of minutes then stopped. I got David to bed and came out into the living room to find this:
My mom said she wanted nothing to do with her. She went around the house and turned off all the lights and kept telling Nana to go home. She eventually laid down by the door, started the moaning and fell asleep!!! That is one worn out girl!!! I was able to carry her straight to bed.
So all in all it was a super successful and fun day. I got tons of stuff done and both kids were sound asleep by 7:15. I perfect ending to a wonderful day!!!

Haha all morning Taline kept telling everyone she was going to Kacey's house and she'd be spending the night there. I kept telling her she was just going for the day but she just didn't agree. Thanks for the wonderfully quiet day Diana!!!
