As many of you know, we were hoping to be heading to Brazil...yesterday. However, we are having difficulties with our visas. It has now been almost a month since we have first submitted our documents. Please pray that all the documents would come to us and that the LA consulate would do a speedy job in processing them. It's been good to have some time with our families and to pack, but we are getting more and more anxious as the days pass. One of our first events we are to be a part of in Brazil is the Latin American Missions Conference in Peru. This is scheduled for Oct. 13-19. Pray that we would make this date with our visas.

On a Praise God note, we have fully raised our funds. The Lord came through in miraculous ways. We don't even understand how some $15,000 has come in so quickly, but we do know the Lord is good and has promised to care for us. Thank you to all who have given to our mission and even who have given to us personally. You are making a difference in the world!
