What a week, Monday evening I went to my e-mail program and I was expecting a notification of a delivery and there was an e-mail about a delivery……….sadly it was a fake virus protection that immediately locked everything up. It took over the Avira and the Malebytes programs. My mail and both browsers. Long story short it needed some work. Took it in Tuesday and picked it up this morning. Now I’m paranoid about my mail. The tech said it was one he hadn’t seen before. I have a blackberry playbook which kept me up to date.
The challenge at Clear it Out Tuesday is “Summer Vacation” your stash item is Rub ons or Stickers. What an easy peasy challenge. The sponsors for the challenge are Bugaboo, The Stamping chef and our newest sponsor Lacy Sunshine Stamps. All the information about the challenge and prizes are on the Clear it Out blog, when you are there check out all the other design team members cards.
My image is from Bugaboo, it’s been so long I can’t remember the name of the digi. I thought he was a cool character and it reminded me of being at the lake. My stash item is the Rub-on from a “chit chat” package at least 3 years old and not many were used. Summer is a left over from another challenge along with the flip-flop background paper and is from McMahon Five Designs.
Thanks for checking out my blog today. Head over to Clear it Out Tuesday and join in the fun. lets see your idea of Summer Vacation.

Second Week of the Make a Tag Challenge……
This is the second week of the make a tag challenge at The Cheerful Stamp pad and the sponsor is McMahon five designs. my printed papers, my image and the sentiment are all from the sponsor. I used my Tim Holtz Tag and bookplates die and a sizzix scalloped tag die for the two tags. I trimmed the printed paper tag a bit to show the green layer.
It was a really long Saturday night here at the cottage, some renters don’t know the meaning of quiet between 11 and 8, at 3 a.m. out came a guitar and the singing began and badly too. I managed to sleep from 4 until 7.30, but by 8 it was guitar playing and singing and I use that term loosely Thanks for stopping by to look at what I have created and please stop by The Cheerful Stamp Pad to see the rest of the design team's tags. Now off to have a power nap.

The Cheerful Stamp Pad Challenge….A Tag
The challenge at The Cheerful Stamp Pad is to make a tag and the sponsor is McMahon Five Designs. Head over to the blog and check out the inspiration that the other DT members have done.
The background paper for the tag is from McMahon five as is the image and the sentiment. I knew I wanted to use the sentiment as one of my favourite band is the Beatles, I have a lot of their cds and listen to them when I can (hubby is an Elvis fan).
I finally used my Tim Holtz movers and shakers Tag and bookplates die and cut the turquoise and the printed paper, I cut the print down as to show the backing. I used the bookplate for the bottom part of the sentiment. I didn’t think to bring fibres with me to use for the “tail” on the tag but had some cotton yarn so I cut lengths and then unravelled it.
Supplies
Image, patterned paper and sentiment….McMahon Five Designs
Cardstock…..Turquoise, Crushed Curry and GP white.
Accessories…..TH Tag & bookplate die, Spellbinders circles, brads
Cotton yarn, pop dots
Thanks for stopping by today and hope you can get crafty and make us a TAG.
