So, Friday, we went to the discovery museum because is finally done with finals!  Yeah!!!  Taeler was in heaven, showing Josh everything there was to do.   That night, we went to Chevy's with the Palmer's and Carpenter's.  I love great company!

This is what I was doing yesterday.  Getting the flu shot.  I went to the doctor for my thyroid medicine, and left with a shot.  So, the shot is not what bothered me.  It was a couple hours later when I started feeling nauseated, dizzy, and had the worse stomach ache.  I didn't know the side effects of getting the shot could be so bad.   All last night I kept running to the bathroom.   Luckily it only lasted about 15 hrs., but still.   Next time, I might take the chances of getting the flu, rather than having someone inject me with it.  And no, this is not me in the pic!

I don't know if many of you watched Mitt Romney's "Faith in America" speech the other night.  But, I wanted to tell everyone he did an amazing job.  If you didn't see it, I recommend going to his website www.mittromney.com and go to mitt tv.  There you can watch it.  It's well worth the  15 min.  

Today I decided to take the girls and go to Target to get a couple things since it is Monday, night clinic night, and I have all day to fill!  Anyway, for some reason, I cannot go to Target without something going wrong with my girls.  Everytime I leave, I think "I am never going again with these kids!"  And somehow, I always end up back there with the girls!  So, today we got to Target and were getting out of the car.  I was busy putting Rylee in the Bjorn and my dear Taeler decided to lock the doors and shut them.  Of course, my keys, and wallet, and phone are all staring back at me through the window.  So, I went into Target, and it was a mad house with so many Christmas shoppers.  I finally found the manager and told her what happened, and she looked at me like, what do you want me to do?  I could have hit her.  So, I found a phone to use.  But, I didn't know who to call cuz we don't have AAA.  Some random lady overheard me and was kind enough to help me find a company who would help me.  The girls and I waited out front for the guy, and while we waited, dear Rylee decided to spit up all over herself.  So, into the bathroom we went to get her cleaned up.  Then, back out in front of Target.  Two minutes later, dear Rylee decided to pooh all over her outfit, the bjorn, and myself.  Thank you Rylee.  Back to the bathroom we went since my diaper bag was still locked in the car.  To make a long story short, the guy finally came, unlocked my car, charged me $50.00, and we were able to change Rylee and do our shopping.  What a morning!  I just love being a mom!

Ok, I'll be honest.  I was overreacting just a little bit when I came down the stairs to go to church and my dear husband yells "Aloha",  I started crying.  Ok, the dress is purple, and it has Asian flowers on it, not hawaiian.  Also, I've been a little sensitive lately, I think due to stress, which is why the tears came.  Anyway, we get in the car and of course my husband has told me he now loves the dress like ten times, but the tears kept coming.  My dear sweet Taeler says"Mom, are you crying?"  "Yes, honey"  So, Taeler pauses and then starts singing "No one likes a frowny face, change it to a smile, make the world a better place by smiling all the while!" You all know the song.  Josh and I look at each other and busted out laughing.  So, yes, it took my three year old to remind me that my life is OK!

So, when we got home from the church, Taeler started taking pics of Rylee. Here they are. I especially love the one where Rylee has spit up all down her shirt. Yummm! I borrowed this Bumbo from my neighbor Jessica. Rylee really seems to like it. She looks so grown up in it!

Today, we went to the church for a liitle Christmas Party that Bethany had put together for the kids. Taeler had so much fun playing games, dancing with her friends, and opening her white elephant gift. I especially love the shot of Hadley Carpenter striking a pose. Thank you Bethany for putting it all together.

Taeler was so excited to have Tessa come over on Tuesday to play. At first Tessa did not want to come over. She was crying to stay with her mom. Taeler just kept repeating"It's ok Tessa, my house is a fun house, not a scary house." So, when we walked in, Taeler goes"See Tessa, this is a fun house." I thought it was so funny. They played and played for a couple hours. It's so nice to have someone to entertain Taeler so I could get something done. Here they are eating apple slices and cheese and watching Princess Fairytopia.

As requested, here are some updated photos of the girls.  Rylee is getting so big.  She is so sweet.  I am pretty lucky to have such cute, sweet girls.  Life has been kinda crazy lately.  I've been a little stressed out with primary stuff and not feeling very good lately doesn't help much.  But, today I was laying down when the girls were napping, which hardly ever happens.  And I was thinking how grateful I am for my life.  I have a wonderful husband, kids, family, and friends.  We have a car to drive, a place to live, and the gospel guiding us.  Maybe it's the time of year or something, but lately I just feel so blessed.  Just thought I'd share it.  Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.  

On Saturday, we all went to Tessa Thomson's 3rd b-day party. Josh and I ran there with our new jogger. It was fun to spend a couple hours at the park. Tessa was so excited to play with her new stuff! Afterwards, Taeler insisted on going over to Tessa's to help break in all her new things. Tessa was very sweet to share with Taeler.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I know I'm a little late, but I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We spent Thanksgiving Day at the Thompson's house. The food was awesome. As you can see, Tara is quite the good cook. I added a few dishes myself, and it turned out to be wonderful. It was nice to have the husbands home and to just relax. Thank you Thompson's for a such a good Thanksgiving!

We had family pictures done yesterday! Wow, I forgot how much work it is to get family pictures done. We left, thinking "is that really worth it"? Rylee cried just about the whole time. We had to bribe Taeler to smile with Barbie Island Princess. But, I'm glad we did it. Josh looks so handsome and we got some good one's of girls. So, I want to send out Christmas cards to everyone, but am way to busy to track down everyone's addresses. I purchased this new stroller this weekend and I am so excited about it. I look at it and think "Stress Reliever". Now I can finally get out of the house with both children and not have to chase down Taeler. Yeah!!! If you've never used a BOB, I highly recommend it! It is so easy to push, which is nice when your jogging. My girls love to be outside so it will be nice to just get out and go for a walk. You all know how stir crazy it gets in these little apartments. The best part is that I got such a great deal. Anyway, just thought I'd share my excitement with you!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween. We had fun, mostly because dad was with us, we hadn't hardly seen him for the last three days! Taeler of course had fun trick or treating with her friend Kinley, but Rylee wasn't too fond of it, probably cuz it was so cold!

I always feel bad for Josh when he comes home at 10:00pm on night clinic night's. He is so tired and hungry, but I love how he goes straight to his girls. he absolutely loves and adores them both! I am so lucky to have such a great husband and father to my kids! I love you honey!

I don't have very many pictures of the girls and I since I am usually the one taking the them. If Josh does take a picture, it's usually when i have no makeup and my hair's not done. When my kids are older, they are going to think I was the biggest scrub. Oh well! Aren't my girls the cutest in the world!?

Taeler new thing is to help wash her dishes she used. I can't complain because it's a good thing, but it sure makes a mess!

This is Taeler at the ward Halloween Party. She was supposed to be a fairy princess, but whenever anyone asked her who she was she told them "Barbie Fairytopia", so who knows?! The kids got to go trick or treating to all the doors in the building, but for some reason Taeler was scared to death to knock on the doors, I guess to nervous to see what was on the other side.

Aunt Karlee came back with us to San Fran this past weekend. We had so much fun with her here, I wish she could have stayed longer! Thank you aunt Karlee for coming, I know it was hard leaving the kids and getting everything organized to come! Also, thanks Brandon for spending extra time with your kids so Kar could come. We love you guys! So, don't you love when you go to take the baby out of the carrier and realize their eyes have been covered for who knows how long? Atleast she went straight to sleep cuz there was nothing to look at! My girls were pretty worn out this weekend, as you can tell. And yes, Taeler is in her Snow White dress up outfit, if we are home, that is what she is wearing now, ALL DAY LONG!
