I am going to fly to UK in less than two months, what an excitement. Hahas, I don't have the RM 30,000 yet for the trip, erm, tuition and living fees. ^^ Hopefully can get it by this month.
The title reads depreciation but I am not talking about the Sterling. Yeah, maybe the depreciation in Pound will appreciate the value of my trip there but that's another matter now.
TARCians going to SHU do not really go there for the degree, as I observed, but for the Euro tours. Certificate is secondary to most of us, including me. For me, I had list down some of the places in UK and also Europe where I wanted to visit.
One of the place of my interest would be the Old Trafford Stadium of Manchester United, the holy land of MU fans. I had done my research, it costs £12.50 for museum entrance and also a guided tour, hopefully by some famous ex-players. ^^ I bet I can see the English League Cup there as won by the team this term.
The most precious trophy I was looking forward to was the Champions League trophy. But after the match on Wednesday, my chance to see the coveted trophy with my eyes in an arm length distance vanish, thanks to the "mighty" Germans. Fuck T.T Now let just hope I am lucky enough to have the chance to view the Premiership trophy in the cabinet within OT compound.
Really hope that MU will win it as the value of my visit to UK has already depreciated too much already. If really there's this worst case scenario, I can just hope that England can win the fucking World Cup. Just let me feel the atmosphere of supported team winning. T.T I will get Malaysian flag for the victory parade if England wins.

What a weird name for a post. LOLx It had been a week since Good Friday and this post was my view on that day since a long time ago. Hopefully I do offend someone.
Entering the Holy week of Catholic church, there are so many masses to attend and I have just to many opinions on all the rituals performed over the years. I can accept simple rituals such as the holy communion and prayers but some others are just berserk.
Some people treated Good Friday as a celebration. WTF Jesus died for us on the cross and some people are celebrating the holiday. Well, I did not fast that day though. T.T As for Good Friday, this year I went to St. Peter's church yet again. These faithfuls just don't get bored of seeing the procession, and kissing Jesus that lying dead on the alter.
When I was a cute little boy, I like going there. Well, not kissing Jesus feet, which is creepy and super unhygienic. The candles really attracted me then. Erm, maybe it's the fire. LOLx I never kissed the leg of Jesus since once I was forced to do so by my grandma. Yucks. Some Catholics are just obsesses with it.
I wasn't going to queue for the kissing part this year but my grandma wanted to go so much, so I just followed. Sweat a lot as the ventilation at the church was sucks. I just touch the feet of Jesus and kneel, nothing much. I even see one auntie, old lady, kiss for so long that the personnel had to ask her to give others the chance. =.=
Back in my village church, the priest also advise us not to be too superstitious. He is right to note that old people believe that holy water is really holy that it can heal any sickness. LOLx It's just tap water, blessed by the priest. The priest also tell us that the holy water should be put on the alter to remind us of the Holy Trinity. He also poked some jokes on those who took so many palm leaves to be blessed by the priest.
What I see is no match for those Good Friday processions that made the news. Many people had recreated the scene where Jesus carry the cross and being whipped by others. And they really whipped the poor "Jesus". WTF Did Jesus teach us to inflict pain on ourselves to show our love for God? Their act of love towards Almighty may be sincere, but I feel it is totally wrong. Their act are comparable to masochist. The worst I'd seen this year, and every other years before, is "Jesus" nailed to the cross, using really traditional nail, and on a human palm. Sad.
From what I see, the passion of the Christ had just become the passion of the Masochist. I agree that we need to show our love to God through actions, but this is seriously not the good way, if it is not wrong. Superstitious beliefs that holy water cures cancer and palm leaves scare evil spirit away should be stopped. Really, if Jesus lives until today, he might just wonder what had happened to his teachings.

Long time no update my blog and felt that I need to shit something out today. Well, the news provide me with something to write. Thanks to my informant who got to me as soon as he got the news.
Yet another by-election is on the table when another MP passed away this morning. This time around is a BN guy from Sibu. This happened even before both political factions in the country had announced their candidates for Hulu Selangor by-elections.
"In US, the most dangerous job is loggers, with a mortality rate of 0.117%. But Malaysia now holds a new record... Here's prove - Total number of ADUNs and MPs: Approx 800. Total number of ADUNs and MPs who died since March 8, 2008: 8. thus Mortality rate of being a representative: approx 1%. Behold, wakil rakyat, the most dangerous job in the world." - Nigel
It seems that the job as politicians had become increasingly hazardous, with so many death since the political tsunami. By-elections after by-elections, some due to death and some are just political strategies.
My dad always wanted me to join politics and I don't want to due to the stress of it. I can see it in my dad, really stupid to work for the people who don't appreciate your effort. Any politician will have people don't appreciate them, at least by those supporters of the other factions, be it BN or PR.
Stress had caused many death in politics in Malaysia, but not as serious as some other nation in terms of murders. There are some murders of politician at grassroots level but I had not seen any big names being killed by gunshots yet.
The recent death are mostly due to health problem. The stress they got from their daily life as politician accumulates and caused heart attacks, worsen cancer cells, maybe some going nuts wanting to be the head. One exception I know would be YB Seet, who suffered heart attack three times before he got elected and lived his life better since he got to be in the DUN.
Why there are still people in the politics then? Well, maybe as what my dad says, to champion the voice of the people. =.= Fuck off, be selfish please. Now, that's me.

As contrary to the post title, being at my hometown will never provide me with peaceful life in terms of physical aspect. War is raging everyday in this little family of mine. But, I had come to some inner peace since I came back a week ago. It feels weird that I had no longer complaining or even thinking about going into a relationship.
It had been a week since my last post and I thought I should write at least something to make this blog active. For the past week, I had been posting songs that I feel the lyrics suit me, or maybe just the music is nice. ^^ Lets go back to my opening topic.
I had been portrayed as seriously desperate guy in need to be in a relationship. Actually I am still not into serious relationship but being in KL somewhat makes me feel like college should be the place. I am not ready for it, I think too much, especially on how am I going to take care of another person when I myself is heading towards damnation.
Being in Melaka had gave me the love of family although the people here quarrel everyday. It makes me forget about other form of love. Even my little kitties can accompany me during midnights when all others had gone to bed. Always wanted to find a girl that acts like those cute creatures, which likes to be pampered. I unable to do that yet to a lady.
And maybe friendship comes into play too. Since coming back here, I had faced the monitor almost 24 hours a day. I got the chance to interact with friends that will argue and debate anything with me. Those "gayness" relationship with Nigel, Oscar, Joseph, Ronald and Greg helped a lot. (P/S: We are straight. Nigel, I'm still breaking up with you.)
Although the desperate feeling fades, but I still try to think of any girl that maybe some time in future possibly become the sister-in-law of those bros out there. I was able to reassess what i want in my partner and hell it's a total different direction from what I wanted when I enter college. Taste changes and maybe I should go for a mature-thinking girl, who looks okay (Looks is still important, although years later my taste will change again).
A rule of thumb, the girl must "进得了厨房,出得了厅堂,上得了床"! LOLx Hopefully she will come. The sooner, the better. Gone, Nigel, Gone!
