Saturday
I almost decided not to attend, coz my friends can only reach there at 5.30pm...
then, boi called me to go there and accompany him as the guest-of-honour will only come at 5pm...so, i went...
I really hate taking bus 133...it takes forever to come...nvm, shall not elaborate on the travelling part.

So, i reached there...there was so many people, and it's quite hard for me to find boi...actually it's easy, only I can't find..haha...
saw Waifu, angie and Darwin (boi's ex-classmates)...they told me where boi was, and i finally saw him...the sound system area...under the stairs..haha..how would i see?
ok, then hy reached early, so at least I got a company...haha...then saw marie, cy and linah..
bought a pair of bears wearing NY uniform, a male and a female..hehe...they will deliver to me in June...the bears are lovely..
oh, we saw Mr Tan (our physics tutor), still the same, and he said the 3 of us still stick together...haha...
then we saw Mr Lee (our chem tutor)...as usual, his jokes that we'll never understand...he told us that the only two buildings that were not demolished are the R block and the old library...but you wun know that they were old blocks, coz everything has changed...there is even a squash court at R block k...haha...
the labs were much much nicer than those we had in the past...*pout*
there is only one thing that never change, the container classroom...haha...coz there are not enough classrooms for the students, so some students still study in container classrooms...but new ones..

each of us has one goodie bag, which contains a CD-rom and a book of wishes contributed by all ex- and current NYJCians...boi's face was inside too, coz he wrote something inside..haha..then realised that boi's business friends were also from NY through the book...these are wonderful memories...
i left the compound at about 8pm, where everything ends...coz i need to wait for boi..hehe..
we then travelled to hougang for dinner before heading to his house to watch tv..sounds weird...

Sunday
met boi at 11am lidat and started to get the necessities..
we parked at Paradiz Centre, and we went Parkmall for lunch before we started walking to PS to get boi new working apparels..
then, we had fruit juices while we continued to walk to Ngee Ann City..as usual, I had Carrot & Celery, while boi had Green Apple...and he was complaining that his green apple juice had celery taste...lolz~
he isn't the first one who complain everytime I drink such juice..lalala..
At Ngee Ann City, we went Kino to look at books, and boi bought his favourite mag, Fortune..
then, we went Best Denki to get my mum's steamboat...we couldn't have time to shop, and we had to head back to Paradiz Centre to get rid of the heavy appliance..poor boi, he was the one carrying it throughout the walking journey..but he never even moan..hehe... *give him a hug*
we then travelled back to his house, coz he didn't know where to go..
nothing much to say for the rest of the day...I got a hello kitty pen from his sister..hehe...yup, that's all..


back to study...

got into an ulu module..."LANGUAGE PUZZLE:THE STUDY OF HUMAN LANGUAGE"

brief description on the module:
This course provides an introduction to the scientific study of human languages. This is also referred to as Linguistics. The course answers fundamental questions such as these: How does language work? How does language shape our thoughts and behaviour? Do men and women speak differently? Can language be used to solve crimes? The study of human language is divided into several areas which include language sounds and patterns, the relationship between words, sentence structure and word meaning. This linguistic knowledge is then applied in various disciplines ranging from psychology and sociology to education and computer science.

well, to fulfil my last prescribed elective, i have to do take it..
why isn't my last elective a general one? at least i can take Korean language!! hehe...and can score abit..lolz~
nvm, nvm....

no mood to study...think i'll start studying on sunday..
tomorrow has to wake up early and reach my youngest sis' school by 8am plus...her speech day lor...
Hope it ends early, so that I have time to go down for EA 2nd anniversary celebration..haha..
tomorrow comes faster, but leaves slowly...so that i could enjoy myself before i started mugging..

bought a pouch for my zen...and it fits well...hehe..
coz the free pouch given by creative is really lousy...the material is not good, it comes off easily and dirty my zen...and the pouch is white...so it is dirty by now...haha...
I'll wash it and use it for something else....lalala..
I'm spending my money wisely nowadays...only on what is necessary..am I? well, it's up to you to gauge..

I'm feeling happy now..don't take this feeling away. :)

really dunno what the hell it's going on lar....
hang and hang...then suddenly can work....now it seems ok again....but sometimes still will throw tantrum a bit. It is really testing my patience. Listen to hy, I updated the drivers of the graphic card and motherboard...hopefully everything turns out ok, if not i really wanna smashed the comp le...*breathing in and out profusely*

yesterday went out for dinner with boi.
met crazy salespersonnel at marina square....keep promoting their wedding packages...argghh...
i'm a student!!!! i've said endless times, but they just wanna drag us to the seats...luckily boi insisted that we are not interested. Scary. That dangerous zone where there are a stretch of shops that sell bridal gowns.

Discussed with hy and cy regarding the graduation trip. We all agreed with Taiwan!!!! yeah, haha. Abit too fast hor, I still haven't even start my FYP, and here we are talking about the trip. Let me count, it's like 1yr plus from now. Aren't we too efficient when it comes to stuff that doesn't relate to study??? hehe. I told them that I wanna go either Taiwan, Korea or Japan...Though I went Korea before, I missed that place a lot!!! really feel like going again...hmm, I need to save some countries to go with boi too. haha. boi said he wanna go Rome for honeymoon. Eh, I dunno lar. Dun really mind, coz i do not have anything in mind too. Wait! 太离谱了..My thoughts drifted too far...haha...need to settle my immediate work first before i can day-dream till dunno where. Yup, get my thoughts organised. It's about STUDY, and STUDY only, now.

Saw ex-02S3A classmates....Sing Phang and Zi Feng today..haha...i totally can't recognise Sing Phang. He is different lar, thank god that he called my name, if not, he may think that i'm "dao"..haha..Then that Zhaohong, my proj-mate, hit my head with his stupid balloon (the balloon is gotten from somewhere in NTU lar)...asked me to go get balloon, for what? then said so loudly that I ponned MS3002 lecture, trying to announce to the whole world k...!##$%@^&!*....he is really idiotic lar. But he added fun to our sian sian group..haha. ok, one good point about our group, all very extremely efficient, Huijing, our leader, is very hardworking. Did most of the work. Yeh Lih, an ABP (accelerated bachelor programme) student, very smart and analytical. Yong Yuan, eh...dunno what to say about him, other than he always say things that confuses all of us..haha...but he is nice. Zhao Hong, the noisy one, very smart too..and very efficient, but lotsa nonsense lar. See, that's my group...We all have one thing in common, our SURNAME...hehe..the Lim Family lor... lolz~

In the afternoon, i went Watsons to get Berocca, something that will increase your performance with work. I think I desperately need one. I want my brain to be 100% alert, and it is good for health too. hehe. I'll try from tomorrow morning onwards. If it's effective, I'll recommend to you guys. :)



just now i managed to get some time sitting down at my comp and printed out the FYP stuff and looked at the profs' profiles and researches. Selected a few profs, hopefully I'm able to get either one of them. With my lousy result, it's quite hard, i know. No matter what, i'll have to give it a try still.

I decided to drag boi for a scalp treatment with me..hehe..I'm treating him at Sandstorm by Monsoon ba..coz our scalps are all very jialat type..should we go tomorrow???

my post doesn't seem to have any direction of flow. Anyway, who cares.
alright, my slides are still not yet done..I need time!!!

oh, i bought a corkboard for my study corner last friday...haha...small little things will add joy to my life..i bought a bright red nail polish too...lolz~ I quite like that.

saw a perfume that i wanted to buy, but hesitated. Issey miyake. its smell is natural, very natural. Haha. BUT, it is too expensive le lar. It's what i want, not what i need, so i end up not buying it..hehe..




Walked around JP after i end my lesson...wanted to watch a movie, but can't find an interesting one. Tried some shoes, but never buy. Looked at wallets, but also never buy. yar, i just enjoyed window shopping alone in a familiar place, where there are no irritating stares for being alone. Think i'm back to the original me, who loves to be alone most of the time. The feeling of no restrictions, no bother, no dilemma. I just need to depend on my own senses to move. Simply happy. Of course, if boi or my sisters are there, it will be better. Hmm, too bad everyone is too busy for me.

Suddenly feel like going to korea again. lolz. Looks like the korean drama is affecting me a lot, but I'm trying to make myself really go into it. I personally don't know the reason behind, but i like the feeling. Haha. Yar, I'm insane. At least I find myself something that I can occupy myself with when I'm free.

supposed to meet hy at cityhall mrt station today at 1.30pm, but i was early!!!
so i went over to MPH to see if there is any book where i could read during my free time...haha...hey, i actually READ k...bought a book on health and a crossword puzzle (to kill my time while waiting for hy..haha..)

and yesh, we had our lunch at pastamania in Funan..i think we had our lunch there before, if i remembered..well, nvm...
the carbonara is really filling..can't finish all, of course...tried my best to stuff in till my limit. i noe this way of eating isn't good for health, but i dun wanna waste the food lar..
and hy, as usual, can't finish her pizza...haha...
after meals, we started to walk around funan, to get my wireless router, and take a look at ipod nano...
after much search, i managed to get the router!!! oh, felt so happy, coz it is cheap too..yar, that's after hours of walking round and round the mall, asking people of the prices, and gather the cheap and good stores...haha...so it comes to this particular store...good service, i hope he is telling the truth about the wireless routers and not just trying to sell the brand of it... :)
ok, we then travelled to suntec to walk walk lar...poor hy, has to accompany me around for no reason...haha...
hmm, will set up my wireless network tomorrow...let me rest a day lar...very tired after walking for hours k..
anyway, really thank her for taking out time to pei wo the whole afternoon to search for router..
we should have more of such meet ups leh...but i think that LAZY cy, sure say she wanna stay at home and ROT..hahaha...*bad-mouth*

alright, i shall go bathe now...
