I confess, I'm not nearly as organized and in a rush to decorate our new house. We painted and carpeted the areas I just couldn't wait on. I'm sure it has something to do with needing more funds ($$) to do everything I WANT and balancing it between what really NEEDS to happen. So, wandering around Rod Works a couple of months ago, I saw this awesome idea of hanging a wreath over a mirror. I LOVE the contrast, design, demension, etc. I even bought the "post" to put into the wall to hold the wreath on the ribbon. Notice, though, that there is a crown in place of the post!? Yeah, well, in my "organized" madness here, I put the special post hangers somewhere safe and like all "safe places", they tend to be TOO safe and hence the crown instead. I'm sure I'll find my cute post hangers somewhere now that I've bought this cute crown, but until now, I just couldn't wait any longer to hang this cute idea on Allie's wall. Besides, she was so excited about the "Princess Crown" that it was up and finished within 24 hours of purchasing it! I absolutely LOVE the finished product! Now I just need to work on the rest of my decorating ideas! I've got quite the list going! Geesh!
