here goes some self portraits

2 note(s) (Click here to add a note)
Just bought a pair of jeans, and I am loving it. I had some fun on a boring Sunday at home doing some self portraits and designs/layouts to enhance intuitions for my future works.

Ain't this look like a traffic light? Tell me what you think!

a song just touched my soul (家后)

0 note(s) (Click here to add a note)
I don't usually listen to any song of my very own dialect Fu Jian/Min that I speak at home everyday. I always know that they have very melodious songs and very soulful lyrics. The fact that I have never been so intimidated for Fu Jian/Min's songs was a shame, and this is really beautiful!

There are various versions for this beautiful song (家后). I have been looking for the version that I love the most and this is what that really lighten my soul. I just love the little jazz that was introduced to the entire rhythm.

家后 (闽南语)(黄小琥) - This song is actually a very old song that have been re sang here.

The meaning for this song proved to be so beautiful for a relationship that spoke of responsibility, love and care for his/her love ones even when they are already in their golden age. That he/she thought of life is simply beautiful no matter what the conditions are just as long as being together as a family. A very profound Chinese thinking yet amazing.

Cheers~

CK'S junior finally...Little Ming Ming

4 note(s) (Click here to add a note)
As promised a session to CK's Junior. And he is one month Old today! Never to mention that I missed my chance to shoot this little cutie as scheduled, due to the fact that mom wasn't very comfortable at doing it as he is a little too fragile. I love how newly born baby sleeps all the time (mostly) and I am afraid to even move/position him to get a better photograph. However, I am happy with what can I do with his position at that time and I love to see how angelic he is!

The Sleeping beauty, the colors I am playing here varies as position and compositions of these photographs have slight repeats. I added a little softness to these pictures as to enhance the angelic of him!

All pictures were shot by using ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 50mm F2.0 Macro at wide open F2.0 and I love this piece of lens very much!

break away to Northern Thailand 2008 - Part 5 ( Maesa Elephant Nursery)

4 note(s) (Click here to add a note)
What an awesome experience that I have for this visit. Many times I had heard from my peers of how outstanding elephants are, and still this would be my very first authentication for this mean.

Nevertheless, I always have my bond for elephants. I personally think that they are very impressive beings that are filled with care and love for the Mother Nature and for humans!

I had beautiful time looking at their performances. Elephant riding was very amazing. With that extraordinary size of them, I feel like sitting on a bump of lumps about two stories high trekking in the lone hills of Chiang Mai.

Photographing wise, I did mostly portraits here again. A few of them to give you guys the impressions of the camp. Well, let’s have a catch of what had I gotten here:
