So, yes. I finally figured out how to post on my old blog. I don't think anyone will be surprised by the fact that I've decided to start a new blog as this one, well, just really doesn't do it for me any more.

Hello friend bloggers!

I have come to a decision that I believe will be for our mutual benefit.

Let me explain.

My blogs have been few and far between. I have been trying to figure out why. Why? Why do I now look at something I used to enjoy (blogging people, just in case you didn’t get it) as a chore? I go months without blogging and feel like something is missing but don’t want to return to the blog I currently host. This combined with the fact I haven’t been able to sign in with my account due to the changes Google has been recently making has been making it difficult.

So this is my decision (and know if you are reading this, I have figured out how to log back into my blog, yay me, plus that rhymed, double points) I have created a new blog.

Again, you may ask why? Kinda like starting with a fresh sheet of paper, or writing on a clean, white board, I guess I’m a little restless. I don’t know, please don’t ask again, internet.

Hopefully this will result in more writing from me about life, love, and the mysteries of each.

Plus I have started a graduate degree, which is kinda like starting a new chapter in my life.

So I think a lot of you know that I am such a music fan, if not please see here and here. Something I usually do on a weekly basis is go to the library and check out a cd from an artist I've never heard of and then decide if I want to buy some of their songs or not. I have found some GEMS from this method...Some good ones include:

• Jeremy Fisher
• Mindy Smith

Seriously, LOOK THEM UP. They are great.

I have also found some terrible ones. Anyways, maybe they aren't really terrible, as much as they just aren't my thing.

I have decided to post some reviews on my music.

This weeks review, Kaeli:

I checked out her cd this week. I was intrigued because it's singer/songwriter which is TOTALLY my thing. But...oh man, it was not good.

Her lyrics kind of sounded really high schooly, and not in a charming Taylor Swift way. This is mostly unfortunate because she is gorgeous and has a great voice, but I feel like the words aren't really hers.

In short. She's trying too hard. Definitely not my thing.

Here is one of her songs. You may listen to it if you like and give me your opinion on it. But I will not blame you if you choose to pass.

Anyone else find this slightly paradoxical?
