Students will learn about classical animal tales . They will learn dialogues to play them on the Book day.

 5th level students play "Dear zoo" for the little children of the school. They are really good storytellers and develop games with them and make them enjoy of this Book day.

5th and 6th level students tell stories to the youngest children of the school. They also give them a bookmark made by themselves to celebrate bookday.

Today, our students do activities related to tales, stories and books:

• First, they play Taboo game as a warm-up activity. 

• Second, they create their own stories in groups,  using the words  in the cards provided by the teacher. 

Today, students participate in a very funny activity: Reading Scavengers. In groups, they have to find the information provided in different posters around the playground.
They read not only texts, but also inphographies, comics, jokes, biographies...

This week, we celebrate the "Book day" at school. Students talk about their favourite books, their reading habits....
The first activity we do in 5th level class, is to think about "how to be a good reader". Using the cooperative technique of rotating paper, students write down their ideas and share them with the rest of their classmates.

 

Our students create their own stories and their own books with art materials. To make their books they :

1. In groups, children create their stories
2. Children have to take decisions in groups about its format , materials to use, ...
3. They share their team work and every member in the team has a responsibility. 
4. Th group presents and reads the book created.
