I'm trying to be as detailed and accurate as possible in narrating my encounter with the pervert, so that in any case i have to testify in court (maybe years later?), i would still be able to remember the details.

Story goes like this...
4th October 2012
I was leaving after my training at NTUC Income centre back to branch at around 9.40am on Thursday morning.
The blur me took bus 162 in the wrong direction and ended up at Shenton Way bus terminal instead.
I waited at the bus stop (terminal) to board the next 162 back to Thomson.
There was a guy who appeared at the bus-stop right before the bus arrived and went up the bus together with me.
Since it was the first stop, there were only 2 of us on the bus. I chose to sit on the left side of the bus, on the 3rd last row.
The guy then chose to sit directly opposite me on the right, 3rd last row too.
I was too engrossed in using my iPhone trying to register for a Twitter account that i was unaware of what was happening in my surroundings. After a while, i realised that the guy wasn't facing infront but seated slanted towards my direction.
Didn't really care about him until from the corner of my eye, i thought i saw his hand moving up and down vigorously. My first thought was, "wah his tummy got so itchy meh? need to scratch so hard"....until i turned and caught a glimpse of what HE REALLY WAS DOING!
*pardon me if what im gonna describe would be too explicit*
There he was, not exposed, but because of the soft and thin material of his cotton grey bermudas, i knew exactly what was underneath.
He was holding onto his D**K, which was er**ted (super obvious!), and........ he was........... furiously mas***b**ing away!
ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
i got such a SHOCK of my life, my mind went blank.
I shot up from my seat, stomped all the way to the front and sat down.
I couldnt believe what i just saw. There was disgust, anger and then, i felt so violated. Even though the guy did not touch me, but the thought of him doing such an obsene act before me just makes me sooooo ANGRY!!!!
I was contemplating whether to go up to the bus captain to inform him.. Come to think of it now, i shouldn't even have hesitated a second!
Cos the guy quickly pressed the door bell and got down the bus immediately at the bus-stop opposite AIA tower.
And we lost him!
I called boyfriend to tell him what happened and he got so, so, so angry!
He said i have to inform the bus captain no matter what and also to report the matter to the police.
I saw that there were CCTVs on the bus, so i got up from my seat and approched the bus driver. He got a shock when i told him, and asked why i didn't let him know immediately so that he could lock the pervert in before he escaped.
He asked if i still want to report it to the police since the culprit is already gone. He continued to say that he had gone to the police 3 times before already, have to go court with me one blah blah blah..... seems to me that he is implying it will be very troublesome and he doesnt want to be implicated.

when i told boyfriend about it, he was furious!! He said i MUST INSIST reporting the matter to the police no matter what and not let the pervert go scott-free. We never know what more horrible deeds he will do to other girls in the future!!
He was very angry with the driver's attitude and called SBSTransit immediately.
I told the driver again that i want to call the police, so he bo-bian called SBS headquarters which made a call to the police.
By this time, there was around 9 passengers on the bus already. They all had to alight from the bus and wait for the next one instead.
The driver and i waited on the bus along the roadside for the police to come. He was quite nice to tell me not to be afraid and stuff... though i was quite put-off by his adamant attitude beforehand.
In a few minutes, the police arrived.
Think there was some kinda miscommunication or something, cos the police came thinking the pervert was still in the bus and they were all ready to apprehend him on the spot.
Anyway they realised the culprit was not around -_- they took my statement and the description of the guy and alerted for a look-out in the vicinity.
Don't think easy to find him la, cos after almost 30 minutes liao then we call the police. The officer rebuked the driver for not stopping the bus immediately when i informed him of the incident. He also told me that next time if got similar encounter (CHOY!), to quickly inform bus driver before the culprit gets away.
i know lor... actually we primary school all got learn how to react when such things happen on a bus.
But i dont know why when it really happens, i'm not quick enough to react.
I even did not know if such is an offence, cos to me, i was thinking he can have the freedom to do whatever he like mah.. i just ignore can liao.
But the police officer said masturbating in public is an indecent act and is punishable by law. Somemore, in this instance, it was obviously sexually harassment.
So girls, please be careful and dont be like me, so blur and so slow, dunno how to react.
The guy is a bespectacled chinese man in his 20s... Average height i think 1.65m and average built. He was wearing a white T-shirt and grey cotton berms.
Just a digression, the police officer was damn funny when i was giving my description of the pervert. I keep emphasizing the point that his pants were made of cotton material, until the officer quipped, "Cotton pants... from Cotton On?"

Anyway, I really did not see his face clearly, maybe cos he was hiding under his cap and didn't really look up.
Think he is a serial pervert lor, cos hor, he..
1) Hides under a cap so that he wont be easily recognised / CCTV cannot capture his face clearly
2) Waits at terminal where he knows there wont be many passengers around (cos when the bus arrives at the stop, he suddenly appears from nowhere one. This is to ensure that victims will not be aware of his presence or have much time to remember his face.
3) Fast to get off the bus when deed's done
Boyfriend rushed all the way down to find me. He was so, so so worried for me.
