So for my Birthday Quinn surprised me and bought me Garth Brooks tickets down in Vegas. We flew down on Friday morning and my sweet husband took me shopping ALL day. Not his ideal day at all, his would have been sitting by the pool sipping a drink. Mine...trying to hit all the latest and greatest sales!! Then we went to a yummy steak dinner and then headed to the concert. To say it was AMAZING was an understatement. It's literally him and his guitar with story after story. You walk away feeling like he is your new best friend and that he was speaking to you personally. He is a stickler on pictures and NO pictures are aloud and if you get caught taking one then they boot you out the door and with that ticket price I was more then happy to do what Garth says!! Then we woke up the next morning at 9:00 yes 9:00 in the morning to no kids saying "I'm hungry" just a wife saying that. Grabbed some breakfast hit the gym then hopped back on the flight to head home to our kiddos. Thanks to Deb and Laurie for watching our kids!!
On a side note: The concert was at the Wynn Hotel and come to find out later, that was where Prince Harry was staying and where he had a LITTLE to much fun with the camera...dang if only I could have seen him (just him...not the pictures)!!
