Spring is the Season of Love Bee Themed Greeting Card

Today I am sharing a gorgeous spring bee themed greeting card.  I embellished the card with some pretty ribbons and flowers from Really Reasonable Ribbon

I created a 4-1/2″ x 6-1/4" card with loads of layers. My digital sentiment from Bonnie Garby Designs is my main focal point.  I ran a piece of black Checkerboard Satin Ribbon across the middle of the card and topped it off with a piece of yellow gold Plaid Ribbon.  I finished my card off with a pretty bi-color double loop bow and below the sentiment I have added some pretty 15 and 20mm Open Roses.

The sentiment on the front of my card is from my Spring Sentiments 3 Digi Stamp Bundle. The interior Sentiment is from the Note Card Sentiments for the Inside Digital Stamp Bundle. The background was created with my Honeycomb Overlay SVG Bundle. All my designs can be found on my Bonnie Garby Designs Etsy shop.

Our sister company 'Bonnie Garby Designs' is offering a large variety of digital sentiment stamps and svg files.  Below are the digital stamp bundles I used on my card today.

Cute Critters Hairbow

Hello!  Happy Monday!  Misty here with you today sharing my latest ribbon creation.  I decided that I wanted to make a fun little bow in honor of Spring...and in hopes that it comes quickly :) With the perfect ribbons and some cute critter buttons, I set to work.

I absolutely love the Double Ruffle Satin Ribbon...so these are the ones I reached for first.  The brown, fuchsia, and green apple colors were actually perfect for what I had in mind.  (Psssst... here's a secret-These are not only the last colors remaining in the Really Reasonable Ribbon Shop, but they are also sale!)
I also grabbed a few patterned grosgrains ribbons. The 7/8 inch BabyBlue Swiss Dots, the 3/8 inch Garden Rose Swiss Dots, the 3/8 inch Funky Squares in Sunflower, and the 3/8 inch Capri Blue Chevron. I love picking just the perfect ribbons to create my projects. This assortment was not something I would normally mix together, but when it comes to hair bows...nothing is off limits!

Once my ribbon was gathered, I  dug into my stash of buttons and pulled out a few little critter buttons. A snail, a ladybug, a frog, a bubble bee, and of course...an adorable turtle sits on top in the center.  I simply glued these cute critters in place once I had finished the bow.

I fell in love with how this bow turned out! Those critters, though!!! They are so cute, and I am super excited that the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store had the PERFECT colors and ribbons to match!
I was looking at the store, and I am thinking maybe a Zoo themed hair bow with zebra and giraffe printed ribbons, or even a Mermaid or beach themed hair bow next.  Y'all help me decide!!

I love ALL THE COLOR!

Love to decorate the inside as well as the outside.

My next card is all the buzzzz with these sweet stickers and my fave pink seam binding.
A sweet little thank you for someone special. Sending them sunshine, bees, and flowers!

Easter Wishes

Hey there ribbon peeps!  My day to share a project made for Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I decided to use this sweet image from Crafty Secrets finally.  Perfect for an Easter card.  I used some neat chipboard pieces and painted them and used them as my base.  Then I layered my card and adhered vintage millenary flowers around the whole image.
I then tied my bow using the purple/white lattice in satin and added a bit of purple seam binding,
I added a flower and a stamped banner and was done.   Thanks for visiting! Cherry

Spring Bouquet Card

Hello ribbon lovers.  Today, I am sharing an easy spring bouquet card using one of the beautiful ribbons in the Really Reasonable Ribbon's March Ribbon Club Assortment.
I am loving the spring color assortment in this month's Ribbon Club Assortment pack.
These ribbons are so versatile to use for all your spring crafting needs.
For this card, I used a black and white flower image.  Next, I used watercolors to add a soft pop of color to this card.
Then I added a little glimmer by adding some Stickles to complete the card.
I hope you enjoyed another fun and easy project using beautiful ribbons.  Wishing you a creative day, dear friends.

Altered Rabbit Molds

Hi guys, it's Cherry!  My day here at the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog.  I have some cute Easter ornaments for you today.
I used vintage jello molds that had these rabbits on them.  I painted them with chalk paint and distressed them up for a worn appearance with a sanding block and ink.  After that I sprinkled some white glitter on them.
I stitched up some crepe paper fringe and adhered it to the edges along with some pom pom fringe.
I topped each one off with stamped banners and burlap flowers.
These are perfect for an Easter Tree...or could be used in an Easter basket or on a Spring wreath.
Hope you enjoy!  Hugs, Cherry

Happy Times This Way

Happy Friday!  Ohhhhh and Happy Spring!  Hopefully your Spring has made its debut,  unlike here where it is still spitting snow on and off.  It is my day here at the Really Reasonable Blog.  Bright and happy is what I craved today.  I grabbed oodles of lipstick red seam binding and matched it up with scraps, bingo cards, stickers, and anything that made me smile!  I also used moss seam binding and green apple baker's twine for contrast.
Several of the cards I also decked out the inside for fun.  Great way to use scraps and tidbits.   Sometimes I like to put my sentiment inside as well....that way I can either build on the theme or not have to worry about fitting it on the front.  Well that is it for me....enjoy your weekend!  Cherry
