Have you ever trust someone wholeheartedly and then found out something that makes you lose that trust with that person?

It may not be a big deal, but you trusted that person to not hurt you in any ways, and yet he or she still did. Not once, but a number of times.

How do you even learn to trust that person again?

Can you even trust any one?

I am feeling so terrible right now that I cannot even describe.

I am lost.
